Advanced Extrusion Production Equipment The Company owns 62 domestic and foreign advanced aluminium profile production lines at output capacity of 600-3000 tons in total, among which, the machine at output capacity of 3000 being put into operation in 2012 has double puller and speed quenching cooling system, which can extrude various high-difficulty industrial profiles, so as to provide stronger supports for Wanxiang Aluminium to fully enter industrial profile fields; the Company can design corresponding products according to customers'' requirements, as well as produce all kinds of alloy and state aluminium-alloy pipes, bars, stays and strips.                   4. Efficient Oxidation Electrophoresis Workshop At present, Wanxiang Aluminium has a the domestically most advanced vertical oxidation line and two horizontal oxidation production lines, among which, the company spend heavily to introduce fully automatic oxidation line from Japan with monthly output capacity of 2800 tons. Equipped with crane control, the vertical and horizontal oxidation production lines not only largely improve the production efficiency and product quality, but also reduce the workers'' labor intensity. 5. High-level Coating Workshop Now, Wanxiang has an industry-leading fully automatic vertical coating line and two horizontal electrostatic powder coating lines introduced from Netherlands. The production line adopts CNC automatic spray gun to greatly improve the surface quality and power layer uniformity. The annual output capacity of the coating workshop reaches more than 30000 tons.
